2024 Mazda cx 5 rear hatch won

My 2018 CX5 hatch won’t open. Not with the button on the fob, the button on the dash or the button on the batch. I called to bring it in but it’s gonna be $150 just to diagnose and then they will apply that to the total cost of the repair. . Syksy tswyry
